Octavia K. Mkhabela (PhD)
|UPU was founded by Octavia K Mkhabela (PhD), a registered psychologist who is a graduate of Howard University, Washington, DC. Octavia has also served as a post- doctoral intern at the Educational Testing Services in Princeton, (ETS) New Jersey. Octavia, who is very skilled in managing people, projects and processes, is responsible for the overall management of UPU.

Theodore is a multi -skilled professional who has served in a variety of positions in the public sector. Theodore is responsible for the overall coordination and running of the KZN UPU operation.
Mr. Monde E E Mkhabela
B Ed University of Zululand
Monde has extensive experience in field of education, training and development as well as community facilitation and engagement. Monde serves in a marketing capacity for UPU, and is also responsible for UPU Corporate Social Responsibility.
Ms. MM Mphahlele
MA Simon Fraser University CANADA
Mante is a gender specialist and a language expert, and her personal strengths include: eagerness to learn; good interpersonal skills with the ability to easily connect with people. She performs best in instances where she engages, either individually or as a team member.
Dr. Lipalesa Motjope
PhD Animal Science University of Tennessee Knoxville
Lipalesa has diversified her skills base to include mentoring, compilation of training modules, recruitment of Interns and trainees,training and development as well research monitoring and evaluation.
